Normally we ship thru DHL, Fedex and UPS and the Goods are delivered to your doorstep. Please note that we charge you only what the shipping company charges us. In fact, we charge you slightly lesser than what the shipping company charges us. We also ship through Postal services if the Customer wants to be delivered through the same.



Customs Duty:


Sometimes your Country’s Custom Department may charge customs duty to your parcel. In such cases your shipping company pays the duty on your behalf and then collects it from you at the time of delivery. Please Note that we are not responsible for Custom Duty charged by your Country’s Customs Department.



Damage/Breakage Policy/Return Policy:




We pack our goods with exceptional care and we use the best quality of Packaging materials so that you receive the goods intact. However there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive an item which may have been damaged in Transit due to manhandling by the shipping company. In such circumstances, it will be your responsibility to let us know about it within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and before using the product. 

You may return us the damaged goods and we will take effective measures to replace the product to your satisfaction. 


We have 2 options for items that are Damaged in Transit:


Either you may send the items to us, and after receiving the items  we shall replace them immediately. Please note that in such cases the Shipping Charges will be paid by the Customer.




We may offer you a Compensation of 50%-60% of  the product price. In such cases the amount is adjusted with your next Order. Please note that if you opt for the compensation plan instead of Returning the Goods, in such cases, Cash Refunds are not possible.  You may purchase goods worth that amount which will be shipped with your next Order.


The choice of returning the Goods or accepting the Compensation of solely depends on the Customer. 



Conditions for return:


1)  Please notify us of the Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.Any intimation after 48 hours will NOT  BE ACKNOWLEDGE.


2)  Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags and labels.


3) It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.


4) Please note that when you send us the goods you will have to bear the shipping cost and when we send the goods back to you after repairing them we will do so at our cost.


5) If the items are not repairable by our end after receipt of the product, only then we will adjust the whole amount in your next purchase.
