Post Name: Customer Relationship Manager

We (INDIAN FASHIONS) are one of India’s most reputed Online Wholesale Fashion Jewelry Store. We are based in Asansol (West Bengal). We manufacture & export High Quality Indian Fashion Jewelry to more than 35 countries across the world, since the last 17 years. We are looking for Experienced Candidates for the post of Customer Relationship Managers at our Head Office in Asansol.

Eligibility Criteria :

• The candidate with good Academic background and have good communication skills. Must have fluency in English Language.

• The candidate should be comfortable to deal with customers over the phone as well as through video conferencing.

Job Profile:

• Taking outbound and inbound calls for international and domestic customers.

• Providing customer support (dealing with queries, providing assistance in placing and processing orders etc.)

• Capable of handling the customer database.

Expectations : Candidates can expect quarterly appraisals depending upon their performance. Great prospect of developing yourself in corporate field in a friendly and cordial work atmosphere.

Monthly Salary Expected : Negotiable. 

Post Name: Admin Manager

We are looking for a candidate with Skills of -

- Good knowledge in Photoshop / Sound knowledge on HTML  / PHP Developement / Content Writing.

- Good Communication Skills.

- Command on English Language.

- Must be a Good Academic background.

- A Patient Listener and a quick Learner.

- Sound Knowledge of Internet.

Job Role: 
- Video Editing
- Photo Editing.
- Maintaining Inventory Backend

Expirence: At least 1 year experience as Office Assistant or PA or Secretory any the relatable posts and Freshers with the above skills are also invited.

Qualification: Masters on any stream are preferred/ Graduation with 55% is least expected.

Monthly Salary Expected: Negotiable
